EULA - End User License Agreement

Licence contract for users of the programme LibertyCommerce7 International

The programme LibertyCommerce7 International. is distributed by Liberty Line srl via Internet and in specialist magazines.
The software LibertyCommerce7 International can be used for free and without any limitations.
No company (unless indicated on the site www.libertycommerce.biz) may charge fees for the installation of the program or for any other kind of assistance.
Liberty Line SRL issues the licence for the use of the programme LibertyCommerce 7 International on the following conditions::
LibertyCommerce7.5 International can be distributed and installed in any country except Italy and on Italian operating systems.
LibertyCommerce7.5 International cannot be included or pre-installed in series on Windows operating equipment, such as cash registers or sales equipment without the written authorisation of Liberty Line.
LibertyCommerce 7.5 International is freeware software and cannot be sold, nor can additional rates be applied for its installation.

Liberty Line grants a non exclusive and non transferable licence, limited to the internal use of the Software and to the possible documentation included. The user is authorized to distribute the software only in its original, zipped and self-extracting version with the setup programme.
The user commits to not modify the product and to not incorporate it as a whole or in part in other programmes.
The user must not modify, decompile, unpack or effect reverse techniques on the structure of the software.
Within legal terms, Liberty Line or its licence holders cannot assume liability for any loss of incomes, profits or data, as well as for any damages which have been caused indirectly, incidentally or as a consequence of usage, and which, without considering the liability relations, result from using or misusing the software. In no case, be it breach of contract, liability, negligence or other, will the compensations of Liberty Line exceed the price the user has paid for the software.
Also in case of known defects, LibertyLine is solely bound to the substitution and reparation of the products, excluding any other obligation or liability.
This contract remains valid until its annulment, expiration or the rescission of one of the parties. The user can rescind the contract at any moment by destroying all copies of the installed software. LibertyLine can rescind the contract with immediate effect without advance notice only, if the user infringes any of the contract clauses. As soon as the contract is nullified, the user has to destroy all copies of the software in his possession.
Liberty Line is not obliged to grant the user of the software any assistance by telephone. The assistance will be given only by email via the email address.
